Philippe Leone
President
Philippe Leone is a seasoned insurance and risk management professional with more than 20 years’ experience. He is the Global Director of Risk Management at Saputo; a global dairy processor headquartered in Montreal. He was appointed President of QRIMA in May 2025. Philippe firmly believes in the power of teamwork and in supporting the growth and development of the current and next generation of risk management professionals.
Martin Dussault
Martin Dussault is a professional engineer and the Corporate Risk Manager at Quadra Chemicals, a leading chemical distribution company in North America. He joined the QRIMA leadership team in 2024 and was appointed Vice-President in 2025. Martin is committed to supporting the chapter in promoting the risk management profession and providing the chapter’s members continuous learning and networking opportunities.
Nancy Degré
Treasurer
Nancy has been practicing risk and insurance management for over 25 years, bringing both passion and expertise to the field. After working with internationally renowned firms, she joined La Caisse in 2016, where she continues to thrive and excel.

In 2019, Nancy joined the AGRAQ Board of Directors as Treasurer. Following a two-year term as President of the association, she returned to her role as Treasurer, consistently contributing her energy and dedication to the organization.
Vincent Parizeau
Secretary
Vincent Parizeau is Director of Insurance at Boralex and a Certified Insurance Professional. With over 15 years of experience, he is recognized for his expertise in risk management and insurance program optimization. Vincent joined the QRIMA Board of Directors in 2023 and currently serves as Secretary.
Marie-Claude Le Ber
Marie-Claude Le Ber is a Senior Director – Insurance and Surety at Pomerleau, where she has been leading a team of 15 professionals since January 2020. With a passionate, dynamic, and determined approach, she is recognized as a seasoned risk management leader who continuously evolves within her field.​

She actively contributes to the advancement of the industry as a board member of AGRAQ since 2022.
Kheng Ly Oueng
Kheng Ly Oueng is a recognized leader in organizational risk management, she currently serves as Practice Leader in Organizational Risk Management at Héma-Québec.
Since 2024, she has served on QRIMA's board of directors, where she leverages her expertise to advance governance practices and foster a risk-aware, resilient organizational culture in the industry.
Vicky Martin
Vicky has been supporting private and public organizations across various sectors for over 15 years in implementing organizational risk management programs. She has also been teaching this discipline at Université Laval since 2012, including in the CRM program. As a member of AGRAQ’s Board of Directors since 2023, her goal is to help members enhance their knowledge in this evolving field.
Laurent Courion
Laurent Courion has more than 27 years of experience as a professional in the risk control and risk management fields and now leads Aon Montreal’s risk management practice as a senior Vice-President.
He has been a member of the QRIMS chapter for over 20 years and just joined for his second mandate as an administrator to help the association grow to its full potential.
Simon Castonguay
Simon Castonguay has been active in the world of corporate risk for over 20 years, he now leads Sentinel RC, a risk management strategy boutique firm helping clients, large and small, optimize their governance and resilience.​ He teaches at the University of Toronto as part of the Master of Forensic Accounting program.
