Leur mise en œuvre nécessite une approche fondée sur les risques sous-jacents au contexte d’affaires et aux activités de traitement de données. Nous traiterons notamment des principaux requis, dont la gestion des incidents, de leur opérationnalisation, et des possibilités de transfert de risques.
The new privacy requirements represent significant compliance efforts for all organizations. Their implementation requires an approach based on the risks underlying the business context and data processing activities. We will discuss the main requirements, including incident management, their operationalization, and risk transfer options.
